"Staff was AMAZING! We needed sheets for the pullout couch and Mr. Paul was just the best. Easy to speak to and so accommodating. He understood we had been traveling a while with kids and made sure we had everything that we needed. He is the reason we were happy here. The room was ok. We did have a spider in our room, but that happens. The water pressure in the shower could be better, but that personal preference. All in all, nice stay, and Mr. Paul needs a raise!"
