"Nice hotel nice rooms. Nice bathroom great views easy access to downtown. Stay there on two separate occasions within two days. Made a point to come back because we were so comfortable."

"We had a great stay at University Inn. The location was perfect for what we needed, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable, and the beds were great. Our dogs loved it too, which made the stay even better for us. We also really appreciated the snacks and treats. Those little touches made the hotel feel especially welcoming. We’d definitely recommend University Inn to anyone visiting the University District or north Seattle, especially if you’re traveling with pets. We would happily stay here again."

"The staff were great and let my family use the breakfast area for an evening family get together. It was great. However, the rooms had a musty smell and my son and daughter in-law had to move to another hotel because the hotel was full, but there room had a mold and mildew problem to where she was having difficulty breathing. The hotel (not Hotels,com) refunded one night. The HVAC and ventilation system needs improvement."

"The hotel overall was great! It was close to great shopping at Alderwood Mall and nearby restaurants. There is easy access to their transportation system and close to the train. The only downside is that the hot tub jets were not working, and there was no sign posted. The overall staff were very friendly and helpful."
