It’s actually more unusual to have a perfect experience so what is preferable is having someone who is responsive and reasonable, The home is beautiful and comfortable. The amenities are many and unexpected ."

"This beautiful home was truly the perfect setting for our family's Thanksgiving celebration. Several members of our group traveled a distance to be with us, and we rented the home to accommodate them. The large kitchen area was an ideal gathering space, and the adjacent sitting rooms provided a comfortable spot for conversations and board games. John was extremely responsive and helpful in ensuring that our stay was perfect. "

"Although this appears as a typical roadside motel, it was unusually clean and very comfortable. Netting and pillow were soft and clean"

"The location is excellent, close to the town beach, shops and restaurants. The living room couches and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and convenient for group cooking. The bathrooms are nicely updated and the beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows around the house!Most of the bedrooms are large and very nice, with 2 exceptions. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a narrow curved entryway, which can make entering a challenge. One of the downstairs bedrooms is rather small with bunk beds. That bedroom has sheer curtains on a window that overlooks the street and a side window which has a large gap in the curtain. This situation leaves one feeling very exposed and vulnerable, especially in the evening. There are also very few outlets in that small bedroom and none convenient near the bed. It would be great if those details could be addressed. The stairs are also quite steep and were a bit of a challenge to navigate, but that’s to be expected in a house that old.Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again."
