It's OK. Room had a slight odor, not cigarette smoke, but unclear what it was. TV was hard to use. AC unit had mild rattle but weather was chilly so we were ok with fan only. Motel clientele looked to be primarily contractors and truck drivers.. nothing against, just not families and couples. Breakfast ...

Spacious 5-BR Retreat in Simpsonville, SC – Perfect for Gatherings & Getaways
Nice, spacious home which with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for 5 sisters traveling. It allowed private space for each of us but also provided nice gathering areas.
