"Beautiful hotel in its own grounds with indoor pool. Very stylish hotel with ample spaces for guests. Very comfortable rooms. Ours had a large sunken bath. Heaven to relax. Breakfast was provided, rooms had the added benefit of kettle, coffee machine & microwave. Within 5 minutes of a commercial centre with a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and cinema. We wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hotel for families and friends. "

"i was given the warmest welcome imaginable after a trying day. a glass of wine and a bowl of delicious homemade soup, all in the excellent company of my hosts. the room was adorable and comfortable, and although my stay was short, it was restorative and memorable. i highly recommend this lovely place and its charming hosts!"

"Would highly recommend this property. One of the highlights of our whole holiday. A beautiful buliding with superb furnishings and gardens. Very warm open and friendly owners. "Booked the hotel several weeks in advance but at arrival (after a 8hour drive) found the hotel closed. For the next 5 hours we tried to call the hotel (both mobile and fixed numbers) but no one bothered to pick up. Finally hotels.com booked us in to another hotel for an extra fee! Still to this day no one from the hotel has contacted us with an explanation or appology. Great way to run a hotel."

"Really nice stay in this lovely little B&B. Our host, Bruno, was welcoming and informative. We stayed in the pretty upstairs room with double bed, separate dressing area and bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also nice, excellent bread 😋 We also had the electric car charger available for us. A couple of points - it was difficult to shower as it was over bath with a sloping ceiling. The bed pillows were not very comfortable and maybe need replacing We...

"Fabulous welcome from Lars with his animated description of the Valley. The views were amazing - what a beautiful place to stay. We slept in the Swedish room with a perfect hot walk in shower. We also had dinner at the Chateau and Lars attention to detail and flavours were simply perfect! We would thoroughly recommend the Chateau & definitely stay for your evening meal x "

"We has a wonderful short stay at Lionel's house for a family Christmas get-together. It's a charming place on 3-levels. We really appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen, baby accessories, comfortable beds, the général ambiance and that our dog was welcomed as well! It's ideally located in the village...just a walk away from the castle and vieux centre...possiblity to park outside the house or otherwise a 2minute walk away. "Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town. "
