The cycle tracks along the sea-shore of Hawke's Bay are a great way to spend an afternoon or morning. We biked from Napiers' Marine Parade to the Haumoana market day, which took a couple of hours. The views are lovely, and there are ice-creams available at the end!

Make sure you pack sun-block and a big bottle of water - the sun and heat can be super intense.

"We chose this property for our stay while participating in the Hawke's Bay Marathon, and it was a perfect choice. The location is excellent—safe, accessible, and surrounded by friendly people. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the amenities were clean and pleasant, including the warm water available for showers, which was a relief after our run. One suggestion would be to include a basic cooking set, which would make meal preparation more convenient. Nevertheless, our overall experience was great, and I would consider staying here again in the future."
