"Very clean and friendly staff. Hotel was sold out for the weekend but everything was well kept and moved quickly. Buffet breakfast was amazing and very affordable. Within walking distance to downtown and many bars, restaurants, venues and things to do. Will return!"

"I checked in on Friday with my service dog. The staff was great. I was asked what floor and I suggested one closest to the ground. The hotel was very clean and stocked. My bed was very comfortable and I definitely will be back and I highly recommend"

"I was held up in Texas due to weather so I couldn't make it to Des Moines. I understood I was supposed to cancel earlier. I contacted Expedia and they indicated they couldn't cancel. I called the hotel and spoke with a gentlemen at The Best Western and he indicated if Expedia contacts him he would cancel. Expedia didn't even try to contact the hotel. Expedia was the problem not the hotel."
