Large character villa from 1912 completely renovated on 3 levels, with sea views on all floors. On the ground floor a living dining room and a large fitted kitchen. On the upper floors 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have private bathrooms and a small living room with a convertible sofa. The living room opens onto a large garden with terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge and a Weber barbecue. Grands Sables beach (supervised) 5 mins walk and quiet coves nearby. Hiking trail on the wild coast to the charming port of Doëlan. Shops and restaurants close to the house.

Maison agréable proche de la mer
La maison et son jardin sont très agréables, la plage à 5 min. Bons équipements, accueil et propreté impeccable. Quelques endroits de la maison restent encore visiblement à rénover (wc de l'entresol, verandas d'accès au jardin) mais tout à fait pratiquables en l'état! Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour dans cette location.

Ravi de notre séjour
Belle propriété avec un très bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ. Très bonnes prestations que ce soit au niveau des lits qui sont faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes de toilettes fournis et même le gel douche! La maison est très agréable avec un beau jardin fleuri. La plage est en bas de la rue avec ses petits commerces. Endroit très calme.

Belle demeure, accueil et propreté à améliorer
Belle maison hormis les toilettes au niveau de l'escalier: très froid et humide (sol trempé) en raison de la non isolation des fenêtres. L'accueil à l'arrivée par une personne peu aimable qui a énuméré de multiples mises en garde sur les objets à ne surtout pas abimer, comme des robinets, des radiateurs ou autres lampes fragiles, ainsi que l'alarme anti-intrusion à ne pas déclencher. Des injonctions sur l'obligation de rendre la maison propre, alors que nous avons pu constater une propreté approximative de la vaisselle, de la salle de douche du 2ème étage. et de certaines couettes et alèses. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie de qualité. La table de la salle à manger est petite et la quantité de chaises insuffisante pour le nombre de locataires. Nous aurions apprécié une maison chauffée pour notre arrivée.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Der Villa L‘Amiral. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, schöne Küche, toller Garten . Die Betten sind für große Menschen ein bisschen kurz. Französisch halt 😜

Maison très agréable
Très belle maison décorée avec goût. Nous avons apprécié toutes les chambres et plus particulièrement les chambres équipées de leur propre salle de bain. Le jardin est joliment fleuri et grand. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée et nous tenons à le remercier. Nous recommandons cette maison. A signaler que une seule voiture peut être stationnée dans la cour.

Séjour agréable dans cette maison assez spacieuse avec un agréable kardin
Nous avons apprécié la vaste cuisine bien claire, le jardin bien entretenu et calme, les grandes salles de douches attenantes aux chambres assez spacieuses mais un peu encombrées par des meubles (il n'y a pas de baignoire), la belle vue sur la mer de quelques pièces à l'étage. La plage et quelques commerces sont à 10 minutes à pied, ce qui évite de prendre la voiture. En revanche le salon n'est pas très bien agencé ni meublé pour 10 personnes. Il manque des stores aux velux du 2ème étage, notamment pour le petit salon qui comporte un canapé lit.

Maison agréable mais accueil déplorable !
Belle maison agréable pour un séjour en famille ! Mais un accueil déplorable ainsi que la procédure de départ ! Le client n’est absolument pas respecté ! L’heure de départ était fixée par Abritel à 11 h 00 mais nous avons été prié de partir à 10h00 et en plus la personne est arrivée à 9h30 et sans aucune gêne est rentrée dans la maison !
