"The room was fine, except the weird plug in the bathroom. It was only powered when the light was on. We had a night light, it would not work with the bathroom light off. Also, there was only one chair. The breakfast was subpar. There was hot water for the oatmeal, the air-pot for tea was not hot enough. The eggs was meh."

"Still a nice hotel, but maybe showing a bit of its age. Looks like some small items should be fixed I was upgraded to a lake view suite with queen beds(no extra charge) the room was clean but there was some slight damage to the wall next to the door leading out to the balcony, probably needs some paint and plaster to fix, maybe a little neglect going on here? Plus I noticed when going into one of the hot tubs(they have two there) of the two grab handles one of them was loose. Again a nice hotel with nice employees working there, but some things need to be fixed."

"We very impressed by the breakfast! Was very good and filling! Pool and hot tub was very nice and clean!! Room was great having a balcony was the best the views in the morning are to be honest very pleasant and relaxing! Room was what a 2014 room would be. But still very clean and comfortable. Only thing I would do for best amenities is give more toilet paper and towels for your stay. I know the people turn down the rooms but we don’t like people in the room so we don’t get the turn down like most for the room. So extras of those would work better for us. But most would not have this problem. Like I said we just don’t like people in the room when gone. Overall I would stay again and plan on being one of our go to spots in Duluth! Stay you won’t be upset trust me!"

"The staff was great! We had a total of six rooms and nobody had any complaints. The location was prefect for walks to great restaurants and bars. Also walking distance to Canal Park and lift bridge. We were concerned about there not being windows in our rooms but it wasn’t an issues for anyone. Rooms were clean and nicely arranged with a refrigerator, single burner stove and dishwasher. Will stay here again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Clean, comfortable rooms. The beds were so comfortable. Great stay, would definitely stay here again."

"Our arrival was met with warm and friendly greetings. The staff was very accommodating not only with me but I saw it with other guests that came in. When entering our room, we found it to be very clean and organized. As was the rest of the spaces that we went to in the hotel . The hotel is in a very convenient location. As there are restaurants and several stores within walking distance."
