"Appreciated the fact that we were able to secure this almost last minute reservation.
It served our our purpose well. Breakfast was a nice perk with healthy choices. WiFi password could be more clearly stated on key card packet or just posted in room."
"The room was amazing minus the AC unit overheating constantly during a heatwave. But that’s to be expected for the same reason. The pool area felt like a sauna, and was way too hot, but the water was perfect in both the pool and hot tub. The staff did acknowledge the high heat in there!! Which is very hard to come by for some places. It sits next to a couple of sit down restaurants and fast food places, which was very convenient for a family with a small child.
Over all it was a 4.5/5 stars....
"Rooms were clean upon arrival and the location was great.
We were there 3 nights, and staff never cleaned our room or brought more towels. Yes, I could have called, but I kept coming back each day thinking, okay, they will be in tomorrow. It is just something nice about a comfortable hotel, to come back from a day of sightseeing and have a clean room and fresh towels. Three nights and no service just seems wrong. However, the tip envelope was there. I like to tip and try to tip well, I know how...
