"My self and two sons spent 3 days just hanging out and catching up on life. Enjoyed the hiking trails at clouland canyon, Chickamauga battlfield, event went to Rock city.Last time we were there the boys were 10 and 7, now 34 and 31.Wow how time flys.Dave waa a great host and provides us with a great place to relax and plan future adventures. Thanks"

"The hotel is modern, amazing bedding, clean, spacious, the breakfast is really good, we liked it very much. Just if you bring pets it’s 75dlls pet fee."

"The property was very nice, clean and well kept. The rules and instructions abundant. The highlight for me was the back porch (with hot tub) which is surrounded by trees and nature. A bonus was the fenced yard for the dog with easy access to the back porch. The home is very isolated which we enjoyed but know it is quite far from town on dark windy roads with patchy internet. My only ding would be that I thought the river was closer to the house. The photos kind of make it look like it is. There was a lot rain before we arrived so we could hear the rushing water but could not see it without walking down the mountain. But once there it was beautiful."
