"We had a wedding in Newcastle and decided to stay in the Avoca that night. I rang in advance to see if we could perhaps get an early check in to suit the early wedding and this was accommodated no problem. The hotel itself lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful also. If we’re back that way again we’ll definitely stay again."

I slept soundly in a large comfortable bed and in the morning they served me a choice of a big vegetarian or meat-lover’s breakfast. Simply superb! Well done to the team at Kilmorey Arms Hotel ! The room was spotless, very comfortable, gorgeous views of the garden and surrounding landscape as well. Breakfast was delicious and very well laid out , with loads of choice ! Excellent all round, would have no hesitation in recommending the Briers as a place to stay! "
