"First the water pressure at house is better, The tooth brush package is for a new born with one tooth, If you fat like me you can loose the soap up your ass. Its said how these hotels charge you a lot but you get nothing. Didnt get my wake up call for court, at 6am and 6:30am. Plus I lost 3,000 just like others on the same machine Ive been playing for years. nobody winning. Will never return to any of Windcreek properties or casinos. Take me off your mailing list."

"Clean, comfortable room. Well maintained. Good breakfast. Friendly people. Faucet in bathroom was weird and borderline unusable in rm 213. Mostly used sink in main room."

"Parking isnt the best. They do have a lower level parking deck but it looks a bit creepy, but it works. I wish my room had a microwave or fridge. I did book this hotel last minute and there wasnt many options to choose from at the moment."

"Rooms are big, beds comfortable, and modern. Casino has plenty of slots and a place you can get late night food if you are hungry. Staff is always friendly, lot of fun."

"My room was clean. Some cleaning supplies was left in there on the counter but that was fine. However my room was extremely hot, I didn't get any sleep that night because of that. I turn the air down some more it still was hot. Other than that! It was fine."

"Everything was wonderful except the carpet really needed cleaning. The bar stools were in need of repair. Otherwise loved everything. Staff was great. I could tell the Lady day manager took great pride in the upkeep of her property. And by the way, on the day of check out there was a posted noted regarding the carpets being cleaned!"

"The original room I was given was dirty, I was moved to another room that was 3%better but had dead bugs on the wall. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom ( tub or toilet) just changed towels and they weren’t clean. Staff was nice but the location is not clean. Also, the motel next door is horrible; noise, police was called, sounded like they were shooting. I was very disappointed. I called Expedia and tried to cancel because I purchased the insurance, that was also a joke. I will not utilize either again."
