"Should’ve been a 5 star, instead its a 2. General disrepair everywhere. One suite was unusable as the fireplace and the jacuzzi did not work. I was only offered an 80 refund for the loss of this suite, even though it was the reason we chose this home. Contacting support and local team was difficult ..."
