"The maneger Sam does not has any consideración for senior and also no manera. I found a lot of roaches the first day, the room was not clean. Only two spanish ladiesvone from Colombia and the other ladeo from Venezuela were so nice, kind with me. The only reason I states in the hotel was I was closely to work. I don’t recommended Duluth location to anybody. So simple."

"No fan in bathroom. Cabinets off their hinges. No extended stay kitchen or cooking items provided, only for a $100 deposit. Only a few tv channels. Not indoors, door opens to the outside. "

"I book hotels based on having a pool place had pool but was not open or ready for our stay. I travel due to my son playing travel ball and that’s one thing we make sure the hotel had so my son and his teammates were very upset about the pool not being open. "

"So the overall stay was great, but the cleaning crew needs to be more professional so we had stepped out for a bit and when we returned to enter our room one of the cleaning staff felt that it was okay to utilize our charger to charge her phone while she cleaned between two rooms. Secondly on a different day the cleaning staff can by and I ask her to come back because my kids were still trying to get up and showered, so upon her return my 5 year old daughter was watching tv and she says oh you can’t be in the room when I clean, I’m like seriously so we stepped out, upon arriving back to the room which she was done with by the way, she got an attitude because my kids and I came back inside so she left. Then on another day the cleaning staff came in and cleaned the bathroom and pulled the trash but didn’t make the beds, on and they acted as if giving us enough towels was a problem there were four people in the room with only two face towels so we continued to ask and it would seem to stick but throughout our stay having towels became an issue. Oh, and yes they do serve breakfast but it’s not anything you’d think it just cereal, bagels, toast, apple/orange juice and coffee nothing fancy just convenient I guess."
