Constrastes et imperfections

Un accueil indélicat qui 1- ne vous reçoit pas correctement à votre arrivée car vous avez chois une chambre double ; 2-insiste pour faire re-payer le montants des prestations déjà réglées malgré la facture. Une chambre confortable mais une salle de bain à l'hygiène douteuse ... et utilisée par la femme de chambre sans aucune discrétion !!! En conclusion un hôtel qui ne mérite pas toutes ses étoiles

Its an good hotel, walking distance to center

We stayed 3 nights and the hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is on a hill so going to the town center is fine but if you want to walk back, it is a hike all uphill.

Nice, modern and clean hotel with friendly staff.Like too go there again. Cluy city is a valley and the hotel is not far from the city but there is big difference in altitude. But that applies the hole city. Really lovely city.

What a joke!!!

So this was a big disappointment. If you can, choose another hotel!!! View of a graveyard. If you choose a big room the view is over the city. Yeah that's a lot better! Still the hotel is located on a big hill far away. Nothing to walk around and see. Except maby the graveyard. Our room wasn't what we payed for and wanted a bigger room. Not a problem they said. But it's was. We couldn't change room because it' wasn't clean... So there goes our big room with no one in it! And the breakfast what a joke! Lack of food and knives. Toaster didn't work properly. And so on. They tried to get guests to the restaurant in the evening by offering a glass of free wine! And they forgot to tell us all about that there was a big wedding and we couldn't eat there anyway. Hotel Sun is much better!!!

Hotel mit guter Ausgangslage

Wir waren die Ostertage im Hotel und es war sehr ruhig - nur wenige Gäste. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und Aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen und für uns war dies kein Problem. Der einzig kleine Negativpunkt der zu Erwähnen wäre, hier bertrifft es nur die Nichtraucher, wenn man zur Rezeption kommt, sitzen immer Leute (keine Hotelgäste) und rauchen doch sehr stark. Der Geruch ist schon zum Teil unangenehm da er sich auch in den Restaurantteil ausbreitet. Aber sonst war das Hotel gut und auch zu empfehlen.

nice hotel,nice rooms,excellent breakfast,location so and so.

Staff is very nice,building and room are in very good condition,rooms on the street side can be a little noisy,in the back is a cemetery vue and of couse is quiet,restaurant is very good for any meal,breakfast is outstanding,price is excellent.Location is not so good but if you have a car is OK.Even walking can be fine if you are in good shape of course.Overall I recommend for anybody.
