Preis-Leistung okay

+ Wunderschöne Umgebung und Natur + Unkomplizierter Vermieter + Ursprüngliches, historisches Landhaus + schöner Sternenhimmel + Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit - Auch bei einer als einfach und beschriebenen und preislich günstigen Unterkunft sollten allgem. Sauberkeitsstandards eingehalten werden. Das darf jeder Gast erwarten. Der Besitzer hätte sich wenigstens bemühen können, das Haus von den zahlreichen tot herumliegenden Insekten und Spinnweben etwas zu reinigen (bezügl. Sauberkeit nichts für zarte Gemüter :-) - Vermieter wäre bei Fragen tel. erreichbar gewesen. Wirkte aber nach meiner Meinung nicht echt bemüht resp. die viel gerühmte französische Gastfreundschaft war das nicht - In die Einrichtung wurde sei längerer Zeit offensichtlich nichts mehr investiert, was Schade ist. Insgesamt war das Preis- Leistungsangebot in Ordnung.

calme et jolie vue

location très calme ,jolie vue sur les montagne ,la location est simple ,mais il ne manque riens ,sauf la wifi comme annonce sur le site ,,escalier asse raide ,attention les 100derniers mètres pour arriver en voiture sont difficile pour les voitures basses chemin en pierres ,pour les course prévoir 20 minutes minimum en voiture ,location idéale pour se reposer le proprietaire est tres sympa

Wunderschönes altes Häuschen in fantastischer Lage!!

Natürlich muss man die Einfachheit und das Ursprüngliche lieben, um diesen Ort zu schätzen, dann jedoch ist es einer der schönsten Plätze auf Erden! Vielen Dank an Jean-Jacques für alle Tips und für das Gefühl in Clumanc zu Hause sein zu dürfen!

Le petite maison dans la prairie

Très calme et agréable avec vue sur les collines et monts en pleine nature ( pour seul bruit la nature environnante...) Petite fermette sans prétention mais très agréable (poêle à bois hummm l odeur du bois qui brûle et qui crépite ) Tout confort ( lave vaisselle , lave linge etc attention pas de micro onde mais c'est peut être un choix ) Attention aux escaliers un peu raide pour de jeunes enfants Les miens se sont regaler dehors à explorer les alentours et moi j ai pu apprécier un moment de vrai détente sans craindre des voitures ou autres danger car nous n étions que nous ( et un voisin que nous ne voyons pas du tout vu la taille du terrain ) Le propriétaire est super sympa et nous a même prêter des vélos (gratuitement) pour une balade , pour les amateurs de randonnée il y a vraiment de quoi faire Jean Jacques ( Le propriétaire ) a même confectionner un petit porte vue avec toute les randonnées et visites alentours 😁 Un régal à un prix modique à mes yeux N hésitez pas si vous aimer la nature vous serez servis 😁

Basic but everything we needed and at the price a bargain. Not 4 star accommodation but 4 star stay.

We stayed as a base to motorcycle around the area. Fantastic riding in every direction even had a day in Italy. We are already talking about staying here again next year.

5 Sterne sind es uns Wert für diesen tollen Aufenthalt

Es war eine tolle schöne Zeit die wir hier hatten. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht findet man sie auf jeden Fall. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt . Das Haus ist schlicht einfach eingerichtet und man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht . Unser Vermieter ist eine sehr nette aufmerksame hilfsbereite Person und hat uns herzlich begrüßt , hier für noch mal ein liebes Dankeschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Maison en mauvaise état et pas propre

La maison est très ancienne, les murs sont fissurés, l'accès aux étages est très difficile, on accède par échelle aux chambres et dans la cave où se trouve la salle de bains. Le propriétaire vous donne tous les conseils concernant les promenades et visites à faire. Nous ne conseillons pas cette location car les accès aux chambres et toilettes sont vraiment trop dangereux, sauf de passer par l'extérieur.

L'endroit est vraiment idéal pour des vacances au calme, la maison est charmante mais un peu rustique. On oublie un peu le besoin de confort par rapport à l'enchantement des lieux. Propriétaire à l'écoute.

"Depuis 19 ans que nous l...

"Depuis 19 ans que nous louons des gites, nous n''avons jamais trouvé de cadre aussi beau. La maison juchée sur une colline, entourée d''un grand terrain, est cernée de monts et sommets, au caractère sauvage et paisible. On profite de grands espaces et cela donne une impression de liberté. Nous avons apprécié le grand calme et le quasi isolement. Le logement est ancien, mais propre et correctement équipé pour le prix. La terrasse couverte, surplombée d''une charmante treille, est un plus vraiment agréable. Ce séjour fut un enchantement,et nous avons eu du mal à partir pour retourner en ville. Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse. Jean-Yves,Patricia,Noëmie et Maëlle de Nantes."

"although it has a slightly eccentric layout (particularly the stairs)is very well equipped with modern appliances and surprisingly spacious. What really makes it attractive, however is the covered terrace, perfect for eating outside and the stunning, secluded location. Wonderful views in every direction and blissfully quiet. Almost idyllic."

Un petit bémol qui ne remet absolument pas en cause le propriétaire mais seulement les locataires : Ne profitez pas de la gentillesse du loueur pour ne pas faire le ménage correctement avant de quitter les lieux ! Le cadre est exceptionnel, l'accueil très sympathique, pas de bruit. Néanmoins, la literie a besoin de changer d'urgence et attention aux escaliers si il y a des enfants ou des personnes âgées. Allez faire un tout chez la voisine potière qui a de très jolies pièces !
