House features an inviting courtyard and a kitchen with slab granite counter top. Located in the front of the house is an attached Casita with separate entry from the courtyard and from inside for full privacy (counted as one of the bedrooms). Private rear yard features a covered patio.

-1 adjustable, massage King bed in Master Bedroom
-1 regular queen bed in bedroom 2
