"Pretty nice hotel located conveniently to shops and restaurants and close enough to the big resorts where business took me during my stay. The staff was very friendly when I arrived a little earlier than check in time and they called me when my room was ready. Breakfast was available daily for an extra charge but I did not partake. My room was good and the AC worked well during an extra warm weekend in Palm Springs. I did not like how much of exterior halls were very warm and the inside of the elevators. I hope that they are correcting that. Overall, a very good stay and helpful staff. I will consider booking again here on my next trip to Rancho Mirage."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis! From the moment we arrived, everyone made our entire party feel welcomed and right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. A very special thank you to Edwin, who truly went above and beyond for our party. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference in our stay. It's people like Edwin who turn a good vacation into a memorable one. Our whole group had a great time, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone we encountered. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Edwin, and the entire Hyatt Desert Oasis team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends and look forward to coming back!"
