"Our group of long time friends stayed here for the weekend. The place had plenty of room and was very comfy! Will definitely recommend this when others are looking for places to stay in Coachella!"

"I give this rental property 5 stars! James was very responsive and answered all my questions. The place had everything I was looking for and was spacious enough to accommodate 16 people (including one toddler). It had plenty of towels, dishes, and beds, so we didn’t have to use any of our own supplies. They even had pool toys in the garage, and the pool was very well maintained. The house was also very clean—there was nothing to complain about."

"The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. There were 13 of us, so the living and dining rooms were a little small. It was hard to all watch a movie together. The kitchen could use a couple of sharp knives and mixing bowls also a new can opener too. The backyard is very spacious with a beautiful pool and patio.Rita was great, always promptly available to help with any questions. "

"We played a number of golf courses in the valley and the house was perfectly located and easily accommodated the 4 of us. Was great to come home and sit by the pool and we all had plenty of room. Thank you"

"We celebrated our daughter's 50th birthday with a family vacation and cheered her on an Ironman competition. Our stay was in the perfect location for the race. The property is lovely and well maintained. The house is very well equiped and the host was very responsive and promptly replaced items as needed. Our family enjoyed the home, hot tub and pool immensely. We would definitely rent here again."

The pool and spa were fantastic and the extras like the ping pong table, pool table and fuz ball tables were great. The house was beautiful and immaculate! "The house was so clean and amazing. The property manager answered timely and was very understanding. My older kids, younger kids, nieces and nephews had a blast. While it rained they were outside in the heated pool that was amazing. The property was close to the concert we attended, thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay here with our family."
