"There are two sides to this hotel. One side (with the mountain view) is literally directly next to the highway and it's loud with car and truck noise even with the air conditioning blaring . Hence skip The mountain view even though it sounds poetic. It's not. The backside of the hotel is quieter (the pool Side ). That's the side you want unless you're deaf or sleep like a rock no matter what ."

"The property is really run down, and needs to be remodeled! There was mold in shower and water damage on the bathroom door. Our stay was $400 a night. It felt like a motel 6 not a Hilton. Our group rented 5 rooms and we were all disappointed. The staff was great! They brought me plastic silverware when asked. Hilton needs to pressure the owners to remodel!"

"There was no hot water so we could not shower. Multiple rooms had no hot water. We got a "sorry, hope your next stay is better". There was no compensation offered for the inconvenience. This property is adjacent to multiple active railroad tracks; noisy. The room entry doors were warped and did not appear to be very secure. "

"The Westin Rancho Mirage is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable too. We ate in the dining room for lunch and Sunday Brunch. The food was good and reasonably priced. The smaller pool we were close to was clean but they could use more umbrellas. Overall—a very enjoyable stay."
