Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt."

"We had a great time during our stay. It is the perfect home away from the hustle and bustle and close enough to main street for dinner and shopping and close enough to the outlet malls. It is quiet and clean, and we will definitely be back!"

"Unfortunately we could not get any communication back from the property managers. When we arrived the amenity keys didnt work along with the fireplace in the room. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much."
