The response was that they send out information 1-2 days before the stay and an ealy checkin was unlikely. We received no information. "The villa was very nice. The resort was great. We played mini golf and had a great time swimming as well. The pool area is cool. "

Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt."
