"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "The location was very convenient and accesible for the purpose of our visit. The room & location was clean and well kept. Staff courtious & attentive. The only observation is with the shower. The water from the shower runs to the bathroom floor & to the bedroom area while showering. This is extremely dangerous with such a slippery floor. "
