Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Put all used towels in hallway bathroom on floor, not leather bench
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Early check in / late check out NOT AVAILl May - Sept. $25/hour by request and confirmation during the rest of the year. Quiet time is 8pm - 8 am
Parking for 1 vehicle is included (no trailer/boats), additional vehicle is pre-arranged (based on availability). Undisclosed vehicles are $50 pn/pv
Any guest not disclosed and paid for in advance of checkin will be charged $50 per night plus taxes for entire stay
