I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

La habitación bastante limpia, fresca, y los muebles muy cómodos. Tiene área de cocina, con refrigerador, microondas, lavabo, alacena y una estufa de inducción que puede ser bastante útil si piensan pasar un tiempo más prolongado, requieren sus utensilios pero si no los tienen, pueden alquilarlos en el hotel. El baño bastante limpio, las instalaciones impecables y el personal siempre atento. La ubicación en Coatza es excelente, a un paso de la plaza y en una zona bastante concurrida y accesible.

Al llegar al hotel mi esposa ingreso primero, hizo el check-in y después entro yo y solicito mi llave extra y me dicen que las políticas del hotel NO daban llaves extras y que yo tenía que dejar un depósito de doscientos pesos Mx - doce dólares americanos por solo darme una llave extra, desde ahí dije, bueno ellos han de tener sus políticas x, así que accedí y siguió la estancia. Después nos encontramos con lo siguiente. NO hacen limpieza en la habitación a menos que la pidas y tiene un costo extra o tienes que levantar una solicitud formal la cual debiste haber preguntado antes para que sepas del servicio de limpieza digna en TU habitación. NO entran a la habitación a sacar la basura. NO entran a cambiarte las toallas del baño. NO hay una cortina de ducha por lo cual cuando te bañas, TODO el baño se moja y no tienes un baño digno porque TODO queda imposible de usar en medio de un charco de agua NO te proporcionan papel higiénico extra En la noche llegué super cansadísimo y llevaba comida, se me hizo de lo más fácil y natural abrir el refrigerador y guardar mi comida y me fui a dormir. ¡Al siguiente día en la mañana querían usar los productos de comida, o sorpresa! El refrigerador ESTABA APAGADO y toda la comida se me hecho a perder. En el pasillo me encontré con el personal, le comenté lo sucedió y me dijeron, si nosotros apagamos el refrigerador y usted tiene que solicitarnos que le encendamos el refrigerador para que lo pueda usar En ese momento entendí que debiamos irnos.
