ABSURD THAT NO BREAKFAST IS OFFERED, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAD A BALLROOM OPEN WITH COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS FOR A COMPANY DOING A CONFERENCE IN THE HOTEL, NOT FOR THE HOTEL PEOPLE. THE LADY SITTING AT A TABLE, MONITORING THE BREAKFAST, WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE TO MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR WALKING INTO THE ROOM AND ATTEMPTING TO GRAB A PLATE. WE DIDN'T KNOW BUT I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT FOR HOW NICE, AND EXPENSIVE THIS HOTEL IS, THEY DON'T OFFER ANYTHING."

"The staff is wonderful but the room was terrible. It had a weird funk, yellow stains on the pull out mattress, toilets don't flush, and the tub didn't drain well."

"Breakfast would have been fine but they had pancakes without syrup. The pool chlorine was so strong that multiple people were coughing. Finally the big ticker, one night the fire alarm went off 4-6 times from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You can't sleep through high blinking lights and a screaming alarm."
