"All very, very nice. Only negative was that the 'accessible' room had a small bathroom counter and bathroom door self-closed so it was closed all the time. Perhaps these are more accommodating for wheelchair patrons but not so practical otherwise. We chose the accessible room for the safety of the walk-in shower. Great staff, cleanliness and lots of crispy bacon for breakfast. Great location to walk to baseball game at Truist."

We experienced a few minor issues that were beyond anyone’s control, but the staff maintained a consistently positive and professional attitude and kept management informed. Management followed up promptly and remediated the issues due to the inconveniences. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, offering a prime location, a beautiful property, and outstanding staff."

"The hotel was nice. It was quiet, check-in was simple, and the people we interacted with were pleasant and professional. We stayed several days and enjoyed being within 30 minutes of the places we wanted to visit, such as the zoo and Georgia Aquarium. We attended a Braves game one night, so the location was amazing. We were able to walk to the game with a 6-year-old. We also enjoyed all the fun, atmosphere and food of The Battery during our visit. We certainly paid a premium for the location. Unfortunately, the room itself was smaller than expected for having 2 queen beds. There also wasn't a "bathroom". The toilet is behind a sliding door, but the sink and glass-doored shower are not; leaving a lot to be desired in terms of privacy. When one person woke up in the morning, there was no hiding the sounds of "getting ready", which caused everyone else to begin waking up. If we were to repeat this trip, I would certainly consider Aloft; but I would also look more closely at other properties in the area. "
