Staff was courteous. Pillows and pull out couch were awful. Couch very hard and the pull out bed terrible. Vehicle was broken into in parking lot right in front of the hotel

Yes thanks you guys for a nice stay at the hotel. Everything promised was delivered. This is a great location if you want to visit the James Bay area of Victoria.
