"We loved our stay. Welcoming staff, great service. Clean rooms and facilities . The only thing we would change if we could was the swimming pool timetable- it closes at 8pm and we’d love to enjoy it will 10pm :) Our next visit to Madrid we’ll definitely be there again. Excellent location too."

"Very helpful, attentive staff. Wonderful room, bed, everything super clean. Fabulous breakfast, lots of fruit, vegetables, meats, pastries, juices etc. A very quiet hotel, just two blocks from the busiest parts of Madrid, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. It is now my place to stay while in Madrid. Extremely helpful, courteous staff."

"We had a rough start. We were sent to a room that wasn’t ready, but Shirley at the front desk resolved the problem. We booked the superior room with a patio. It was as the hotel site describes, a double bed. Unfortunately Expedia describes it as having a king bed. The other issue was that I think smokers like these rooms as they can smoke on the patio. But the room did have a slight smell of smoke. Adjoining patios had people smoking on them, which limited their use."

"I had no trouble checking in. There is a bar on site. There are plenty of food options in the area. The room was shared with others, who were quiet and respectful. I lost my key card and they made me a new one free of charge. There are elevators to take you upwards in the 6 story building if you don't want to use the beautiful spiral staircase."

"The hotel was spot on, great roof top pool, rooms spacious and clean, very modern. Very central to everything you need. Staff were all polite and helpful when needed…definitely would stay here again!"
