"I booked the bungalow room and it was very cute and clean and peaceful but you don’t have the view of the valley. Transportation between main hotel and bungalow was available all the time. Great buffet breakfast. Gym is ok too weights treadmill, bike. The pool was a little bit cold but clean. The location of the hotel is 10 min away from downtown Sapa and cost 32000dong for bike ride. The hotel offer shuttle but you need to reserve in advance."

"A lot of choices for breakfast. The hotel is pretty clean as well as the room. We stayed at a family room with 2 queen beds and one full and a tub. The highlight of our stay is the staff members. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. They will give you recommendations, greet you as soon as they see you. They always give us juices or tea whenever we are in the lobby waiting for our ride. We will definitely gonna come back to this hotel. There are a lot of other hotels around the town. But the service we received from them is what’s gonna make us to come back. Also, very convenient location with a great view."

"Nice cabin like hotel. Staff were helpful & welcoming. Rooms good size. Bathroom were of good size, but the sink leaked. The tub didn’t look like its drainage was put correctly. Breakfast unfortunately was not satisfactory. Location was good and walking distance to restaurants, cafe & station."

"This hotel is definitely out of the main area and you have to walk up a hill so if access is an issue f ind a hotel that is closer to town. We ended up having to take a Grab in and out Because there was lots of construction on the road. Not the best breakfast unfortunately breakfast options were very limited. The room was very spacious but it did have a musty smell that wasn’t pleasant."
