During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. "
