"We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others."

Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. "It was a lovely property in a great area. Staff very very friendly and accommodating. Appreciated the clean had way three holiday and clean sheets and replacement towels. Would have appreciated dish towel as only two of for doing a few dishes rather than putting dishwasher on. Very spacious apartment and enjoyed having two outside terraces"
