"Hotel is in a quiet area yet close to the beach and the old town. We found the hotel gorgeous the first two days, we arrived on a Tuesday checked in early and headed straight to the pool which was lovely, nice pool bar and chilled vibe. Due to the lush greenery limited sun loungers that get sun but we didn’t struggle the first two days. Room was gorgeous with tea/coffee and water provided everything you need. Love the Nuxe shower gel and shampoo! Breakfast was plentiful and fresh too. Day 3 things got lively with some stag and hen doo’s arriving, pool was chokka and it was very rowdy which was a shame but we just went out instead. They only have 1 shower for you to use once you check out and as we had a very late flight wanted make the most of our last day but using the facilities were an issue. Basically waited over an hour for a couple to use the shower! Which ate into our last night. Could do with an additional shower - and it was filthy! They did offer to clean it but we were so tight on time just had to use it. But apart from that gorg stay highly recommend for location and modern facilities."

"Very clean and modern. Facilities were great, everything you’d need. The only thing that I think could be improved is that there needed to be more pool parasols as it was a struggle at times to find a vacant one. Would definitely visit again."

"Family holiday, two adults and two children staying in the villa with a pool Room was clean and staff were friendly. We were surprised by the wet room initially as its not something we have had before but quickly got use to it."

"Overall, this hotel was perfect for economical solo traveling. The air-conditioning was great, and I had a little balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the ocean. The gentleman at check-in was outstanding! Super helpful and very friendly! But I was very disappointed with the woman who was working at the desk when I went to check out. I asked if she could call me a taxi, but she said it’s hard to get a taxi during the middle of the day. That was a bit of a concern, but she tried callingagain and got through and was on hold. When that didn’t work for her she sort of shrugged her shoulders. Obviously, I was unaware that taxis are at a premium midday in Benidorm. So I said to her that I would try getting an Uber and she told me that there are no Ubers in Benidorm, but I tried anyways and one came in five minutes! When the Uber driver came, and I told him what happened he rolled his eyes and said that, of course there are Ubers in Benidorm, but the hotels receive a commission from the Taxi company if they book a taxi directly for a guest… I would stay at this hotel again and I’ve learned my lesson with getting taxis and Ubers to get to the bus or a train station. I think I was most disappointed that the girl working the desk wasn’t more caring and helpful. obviously she must’ve known that Benidorm has Ubers…"

Hotel B and B Suites

"Room was small but clean and suitable for my three nights, had a balcony to. Location perfect in old town, 5 min walk to beach and it took me 30 Minutes each night to walk to the strip. Continental breakfast was a joke, they deliver a bag containing warm carton of juice, bread roll, two cake items, butter, jam and paper cup, and sachet of coffee. I did not touch any of mine. I was a little upset about this, as this was why out of two options I choose this hotel due to it including the breakfast. The only other complaint as a solo traveller the surprise request for 200 euro deposit. I paid on my credit card, however, for the refund it is to be paid up to 14 days after by bank transfer to a bank account. Praying it does get refunded. I will also mention all the staff are spanish and do not understand any English."
