The apartment is located on the sunny side and with its good transport connection offers the optimal mix between nightly peace and the proximity to the old town with its sights.
After a nice day with countless impressions of the city and the original wine landscape, you can relax in the living room on a cozy seating area with a novel or a good movie (flat screen TV). Free Wi-Fi is available. Alternatively, enjoy a glass of wine from the balcony and enjoy the fantastic view of the illuminated Cochem Castle.
In the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water and egg cooker, everything is served to serve a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area of ​​the kitchen or on the terrace.
With a refreshing shower in the morning, in the spacious bathroom (hairdryer available) you are quickly fit to explore the Moselle landscape with the in-house bicycles.

Cochem,WOW, what a view
We couldn't have picked a better apartment. The bed & sofa were both very comfortable. It was very clean, and the view of the Castle, town, and river from the private terrace was fabulous. Located conveniently to easily walk over the bridge to the lovely restaurants in Cochem, as well as to the local open-air swimming pool (which was great).

All Around Wonderful
We, as many, have stayed in many VRBOs through the years. I can confidently say Birgit's apartment was one of the very best!! As previous reviews have stated, it was immaculate, which is one of the most important features for us. The location was fantastic. We were there for a week and were able to do everything on foot or bike. The views were incredible as were the two terraces. And one of my most important comments is regarding Birgit and her wonderful husband. Birgit's husband picked us up from the train stations as well as drop us off when we left. They responded instantly whenever we had any questions and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, yet provided us with privacy as well. Birgit and her husband made it not only a wonderful apartment to stay in, but made it a true home away from home.

amazing place
The apartment is wonderful. It's perfectly clean, very tasty furnished, there is everything you need there. Everything is walking distance from there. The pictures of the apartment are not true - the apartment is more beautiful. There is a balcony with amazing view of the castle, of the river and of the town and a big terracе of the other side. The Birgit and her husband are very, very kind people. Many thanks them. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful views from the terrace.
Very comfortable apartment with its own terrace and very close to the town just across the main bridge. The parking is on the street and the spaces filled very quickly but the owner did make sure we had a space available when we arrived and when we had been to do some supermarket shopping that evening. There is some paid parking available further up or down the road but since the apartment is so central, we didn't use our car during our stay. We preferred to walk or travel by boat or train to other places close by.
