Our spacious apartment with Mediterranean flair in the middle of the romantic old town of Cochem has a living space of 90 square meters.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a historic old town house.

Despite the central location, you live here quietly above the roofs of Cochem.

The apartment is furnished to a high level, so that you will not miss anything.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious dining room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, a storage room and access to the large communal roof terrace with a view of the vineyard located there.

In the larger bedroom you will find a double bed with two firm, high-quality cold foam single mattresses (each 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a low-noise ceiling fan for the warmer days.

In the somewhat smaller bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a firm, high-quality cold foam mattress and also a spacious wardrobe.

We have placed great emphasis on healthy sleeping comfort when choosing our mattresses in both bedrooms.

The spacious living room is furnished with seating for five to six people. There is a flat screen TV as well as a good stereo system.

The dining room is also of high quality furnished in a country house style with a large dining table that can comfortably accommodate six people.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen in high-gloss design leaves nothing to be desired.

From here you have direct access to the large shared roof terrace with a view of the vineyard that borders the house.
