"Check in was excellent, the young man was very professional and courteous. Room was also outstanding: very spacious, clean, comfortable, and modern. Bed sheets smelled fresh and mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Only complaint was that there were some noises, but that was more the fault of the guests . Breakfast was pretty good, but line up was a bit long. Perhaps they could put the waffle maker and toaster in a separate area so they don’t hold up the line for the other items."

"I decided to stay at a hotel after my husband's knee surgery to avoid stairs. Hoteld'Arts upgraded my room and offered assistance often. We enjoyed a quiet room, great food and a afternoon lounging by the pool. "

"This is a perfect hotel to stay at if you want to have a truly relaxing place to stay before or after an international flight. You have the option of paying a small fee to check in at noon. There is a good restaurant, rooftop hot tubs, a fitness room and the rooms are big and the beds are extremely comfortable. I had a room with a soaker bathtub. If you want to just recover from a busy travel itinerary and hang out in a really nice hotel this is a great option. Also the staff are fantastic and the shittle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. One of the best hotel experiences I have had."

"I chose the Ramada Plaza because it's so near to the bustling Downtown district and I wanted to soak up some of Calgary before carrying on my trip to Banff. And it was ideal - bars, restaurants, classy shops and excellent buskers... A central stopover point "

"Great location, very clean property but the area in the immediate vicinity was a little sketchy. I never felt unsafe, but there were a lot of transients in the park and around the train station. Sad, but true. Would I return? Absolutely, and probably will at the end of next week."
