"Super house for a family gathering with easy parking for 4 cars in driveway. So close to the beach you can hear the waves. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Secure for the dogs to run around the garden and minutes to the beach with sand at low tide. Walk to Lobster Pot for delicious coffee. Communication with Judith and Nick was excellent. The balcony space at first floor was something special. "

"The house is fantastic for a weekend away with the family. Everything you could possibly need is included and everything is new and clean. Clive is really friendly and helpful with anything you may need during your stay. A great base for all the family for the Goodwood Revival weekend."

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"4 good sized bedrooms, very convenient to have the shower rooms and 1 bedroom on the ground floor as my mother would not have managed the stairs. Great facilities with lots of nice touches making it excellent value."
