Getting fresh water was a bit annoying and trying to work out any issue with the front desk is impossible as they do not respond to emails and simply do not call you back. Communication was non existent and front desk is a 10 minute drive away. This needs to change on their part. They say its walking distance to the beach, realistically it is not. "I am not sure if we received VIP. perks but the property, food, staff, and room were awesome. It was like a little oasis in a bustling but laid back area. The restaurant, Gigi’s, was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The food options were flavourful and the entertainment made it extra special. Great staff in reception and housekeeping, too. "The place is 200 m from Playa Chiquita entrance (cars can only go about 100 m, then it's end road and you have to walk anyway). They have a nice restaurant inside the property with really good food and you can avoid the crowds in town. Excellent place to rest and the staff is super kind."
