Week at the Beach

I loved the location of the property. Close to restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the Beach. Had a few issues but Joe was great regarding them. The bedroom furniture was on the old side and not very comfortable but over all the accommodations were ok. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Close to everything

We really liked it here. You were walking distance from everything you could need. They had everything you needed to bake and cook. Very clean. Would definitely book again.

great condo & location

We loved our trip to Cocoa Beach! The condo was very nice and the owners were so helpful with food and activity recommendations. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, welcoming host

Very convenient- 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. Beach is great for surfing. Very nice and helpful property manager. The place needs an upgrade though - bathrooms could use some painting and living room furniture is kind of old.

Great time

We visit cocoa beach often and since we were having our family come with us, we decided to rent this apt. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. full kithcen 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms BBQ and super close to all of our favorite spots. We look forward to staying here again.

Very close to the beach, private parking and comfortable

We were four adults and 2 kids 4 and 6 years old. With two full bathrooms , two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room made a comfortable living experience. Well equipped kitchen and dining area.

Great location

When we were here, this property was undergoing some great upgrades so next time we come, we look forward to staying in unit number two with a new bathroom. This property is in a great location. You can walk to the beach. This property takes a pet which is awesome I met the owner and the manager and they are awesome. Quiet at night

Great hospitality and location!

Stayed for a mini 3 night vacation with my fiancée and 4 kids. We couldn't have been happier. We were immediately greeted by Joe the property manager and he proceeded to give us a rundown of the place as well as the area. He had wonderful recommendations for the area. The bottle of wine and snacks were a nice surprise and lovely touch. Check in and out could not have been easier. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Poorly maintained. Most furniture, fixtures,bedding, kitchen utensils, etc are very worn and/or appeared to be donated or randomly bought in a yard sale. Unit smells and no well cleaned. I am surprised about the good ratings.

Excellent Stay After All

Before I booked my stay, I read all reviews as should everyone and took a chance. When we arrived to the unit, we were a bit confused but after a quick call everything was smooth. I'm used to staying at vacation rentals, so I always keep a bag packed with sheets, towels, and paper plates, and disposable cutlery. The place was clean, some things were dated but you're coming to Cocoa Beach, are you staying in or out? Our party came for a beach wedding so we were in and out of the unit. It is pet friendly, you can easily walk anywhere. There's restaurants at walking distance, miniature golf, and yeah the beach! We were fortunate enough to catch the airshow and that was fabulous just from the balcony. And if you forget to pack your coffee, there's a Starbucks across the street. We encountered some car issues and I reached out to the host and was given options within minutes. We will for sure stay here again to enjoy the beach and nearby eatablishments.

Good location

This property in directly behind Ron Jon's and a short distance to the beach. The property size is perfect. We took both of our dogs and they had plenty of room. The AC worked great. I'm glad fans were also provided for comfort at night. The price is great which makes a beach trip an easy thing. There were some negatives and I hesitated to do this review as I do not want to focus on the negatives. But, here they are...the kitchen had too few dishes and pans to cook with. We managed and just washed a dish as we used them in order to not run out. There were plenty of towels. Nothing matched, but that is totally okay as it really doesn't matter. There were a lot of stains in the wash clothes, but again...not a big deal at all. My daughter thought they were dirty so I explained it was just stains...I think we all have those kinds of linen. More maintenance might help as well as a deep cleaning. There was dirt accumulation along the baseboards...no offense to men, but it made me think, "this place must have been cleaned by a man"...basically clean, but not deep cleaned. No big deal as it did not effect our stay. Just don't expect the Marriott. The beds were a bit scary when you lay down or move as they creak badly! Even my 12 yr old daughter said hers made a lot of noise whenever she moved (she's pretty small too). The screen porch (unit 2) was a feature I was looking forward to; however, the screen was missing from one section and ripped along the bottom. For that reason we did not sit out on the porch at all...this was a disappointment. There was no hair dryer, as advertised; however, the property manager brought one to me within minutes of me informing him...FYI, the property manager lives in the unit upstairs of ours (unit 2 is the bottom right when you look at the photo). Ending on a positive note - the landscaping is nice and they were working on that while we were there. We would return for another stay as the price and location are great. I only commented on a few negative things so you can make an informed decision and not be surprised.

The booking was canceled by the owner so I didn't get to use the property. I am still waiting on refund from VRBO (owner called and refunded 50% after apologizing). Still waiting on VRBO to refund for a trip that the owner canceled

The property was nice and really close to the beach. Communication with the owner was really easy. My only complaint was that there was mold on the shower curtains. Those definitely needed to be changed.

Relaxing week

Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again.

Nice apartments

It was an dog friendly apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It was clean and had great furniture and coastal decor. We entered through a cover lanai/porch. There were two separate doors that led out into two different backyards for the dogs.
