Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is fantastic! Perfect view and easy walk to the beach. Property was clean, but a bit musty. Beds, bedding and towels were incredibly low quality and very uncomfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the basic utensils and the washer and dryer worked great. Living room couch was comfortable. Balcony had chairs and small table that worked great for sitting outside and listening to the waves. Potential renters should plan to bring paper towels, toilet paper and extra trash bags. A broom is provided, but no dustpan. We took a chance when renting this property as there were zero reviews when booking. Overall, property was accurate to the listing and in a great location for the beach. But, not a comfortable stay due to low quality of the bedding lack of certain amenities.
