You won’t find better

Honestly the best place I’ve booked online ever. I’ve stayed in many places in Cocoa Beach and this by far topped even the fanciest hotels. And mainly it’s just because you could tell the host cared. Cared about the place and the guest, literally thought about everything you could possibly need or maybe forgot. She had backups of everything and was quick to respond if you had a question. The location was perfect, and the actual home was well kept. I have already recommended this place to multiple people for a beach trip visit. 100% will be booking again in the future.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

Let me going with this, if I could give more than fire stars for a rating, I definitely would. From before we arrived until after we checked out we had constant communication with the owner. They were an absolute delight to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was tailored to us and that we had everything we needed. I cannot express how cozy and at home we felt while visiting. Even our dog, really enjoyed himself from being able to go out into the shared patio area, to the dog restroom area, and even take a nice walk on the dog friendly beach. We absolutely loved our stay and will be planning another trip to stay in the coming months. Highly recommend this lovely little hideaway!

Immaculate & Fully Stocked - Highly Recommend!

Our stay at this Cocoa Beach apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the responsiveness of the host was incredibly fast and helpful, which made planning our trip so much easier.When we arrived, we were genuinely impressed with how fully stocked the apartment was. They truly thought of everything – from kitchen essentials to beach gear, we had everything we needed and more. It was a huge convenience and made us feel right at home.Beyond that, the apartment itself was impeccably clean. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space, and it made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. The location was also perfect for enjoying all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning our next trip and will definitely be returning to this rental. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable Cocoa Beach getaway!

If I could give coastal retreats 100 stars, I would! The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. The villa was well stocked with almost everything you would have in your own house, and if you needed something that wasn’t there, they were happy to get it to you if they had it available. We needed a Bundt cake pan for a Christmas tradition of monkey bread for my nieces and they were able to supply us with one quickly! The unit was very clean and the furniture was so comfortable. They provided the sweetest welcome basket for both my hubby and me and then another one for our dog who was traveling with us. The beach shed was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away and is beautiful! Downtown Cocoa Beach is about a 40 minute walk - all sidewalk. The neighborhood is well lit and we felt completely safe and comfortable even when we had to take our dog out to potty at 1:30am. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Wow, I hope I don't forget anything in this review, but this was literally the best VRBO or online rental we've probably ever booked going back 20-30 years. It started with the great communication prior to check in that was very informative and excellent. I even commented to my husband, wow, I hope this place is as good as the communication as I've never gotten such great communication from a host. Well, it was! The host provided so many amenities that I won't list them so that you can be as surprised and excited as we were. (As we've entered into late adulthood, we sometimes forget that special touch for one another and coming here was like having someone pamper me with surprises) Our dog was warmly welcomed as well. The host continued the great communication throughout the stay. The place is very clean and there wasn't anything we didn't need that wasn't here. In fact, I packed things I wouldn't have needed. The beach entrance is just a block away and very convenient to access. I like that this unit is on the south end of Cocoa Beach in the residential area and a little away from the "touristy" section, but restaurants and shops are a quick drive up A1A. We came for the rocket launch on January 4 and were able to view it at 2am from the beach access. The owner/manager was so kind and a pleasure to work with. I've already recommended this rental to others. You won't be disappointed.
