"Beds will not work for anyone with a bad back. I paid for 3 nights and left after my first night. The host would not offer a credit. Very cool place. Private and quiet. The neighborhood is so so. Location excellent."

"Check in was a breeze and the property manager replied quickly. The bed is super comfy and the AC units kept the place at a nice, cool temp. The fire table on the porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the rocks catch the sunrise. "

"Great spot for a weekend trip to Sedona! House was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Patio had excellent views, location was great for getting around. We did have a car so getting to and from the shuttle lots and trail heads was easier, ymmv if you don’t have one.Host promptly answered our questions when asked and had all the check in info ready in advance.Highly recommend!"
