"For the price I was not impressed with the Room at all. Very small and dirty. The property outside was riddled with trash and cigarettes butt's. Alot of recreation drug smell and trash also on the grounds. I WILL NOT be returning ever."

"Quiet location with friendly staff. We went with several people so we're in several of the rooms and each of them were in need of a good cleaning. Many reviews mentioned lack of cleanliness but there were responses saying it was addressed so we took a chance. We knew it was older but clean it was not. Just painting the baseboards would help to dress it up a bit. But it was badly in need of sweeping and mopping in places besides the lobby and common areas. I wouldn't recommend or go back. And be aware, they direct you to the time share desk "to finish checking in.""

"The property was listed as a two bedroom, which in my opinion was not the case. It had bunk bass in the hallway leading to a bathroom with a barn door, separating it from the main living area. The condo needed it major upgrades in cleanliness and repairs. The dishwasher didn’t work properly. The balcony had cigarette butts and ashes throughout. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms needed cleaning. Some of the furniture needed to be dusted off. Carpet seemed pretty clean as were the linens on the beds. Stoved work well as did the refrigerator, but the refrigerator needed an upgrade."

"Great location, it was extremely busy during spring break but the condo complex had ample security at all times. The owner is very friendly and easy to deal with. The free beach chairs are a nice touch and definitely made the crowded beach more enjoyable. I would definitely stay again. "
