"It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely. It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost."

"The room was extremely run down and dirty. The shower was miniature and the ac was only semi functional. The resort fee they charge is a joke...part of their justificationfor it is that they clean the room for the next guest!!. The pool is smaller than a backyard pool, no umbrellas, and was closed one day. You can hear lots of traffic noise through the windows. No daily housekeeping offered. Peeling wallpaper in the room and near elevators. Would never stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was in an excellent location, clean, close to everything and just a short walk from the beach. Having convenient parking was a huge bonus. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was very spacious, and the kitchenette was incredibly useful for preparing snacks and simple meals. Overall, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"All was OK.... the photos make the rooms look much nicer/cleaner than it is in actuality. The hotel does not have an elevators, so you must carry luggage up to the second floor...which is difficult if you are an all female group or mother with children. The singers they had at the poolside was nice. The food is average. This was OK all the way around... the singers were the best thing."
