"La atencion fue muy buena, hubieron unos temas con las cerraduras pero nos apoyaron inmediatamente. Limpieza buena, depende mucho con qué huéspedes te toque, al inicio estuvo todo perfecto y al final una pareja muy sucia con el baño. Un tanto ruidosa la locación por unas obras y los coches que pasan, Pero en general buenas instalaciones, y acceso fácil, buena ubicación."

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."

"I had a terrible experience with the hotel administrators. The electric gates of the parking lot closed as I was taking my car out, and they hit my back door very hard. The hotel didn’t want to assume responsibility and would not pay for the damage to my car. This made me very very upset. After 3 hours wait for their insurance, they only gave me half the amount of the repair costs.... Truly awful experience. I would never book this hotel again, and the “cheap cost” obviously wasn’t worth it."

"Un hotel sencillo pero cómodo, el lugar muy pintoresco y muy céntrico, ideal para pasar un fin de semana, tal vez algunos detalles de limpieza, y ventilación, pero sin mayor problema, la hospitalidad de su anfitrión Beto excelente, literal te hace sentir en casa."

"Un lugar muy bonito, excesivamente rustico, falta de buen gusto arquitectonico y de decoración. Si solo es para dormir sin esperar nada mas, es un lugar a considerar. El wifi con deficiencia, la tv nunca se pudo ver pues no enlazaba y los huespedes anteriores dejaban sus preferencias a medias y no era posible resetear el sistema. No hay una silla donde sentarse a cabiarse la ropa o donde colgar la que uno se va a poner/quitar, el sistema de luces te obliga a levantarte de la cama si quieres...
