"The hotel rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Super clean rooms!!! They have not yet renovated the hallways and elevator, but the rooms are way better than I thought!! I am a picky person and was weary, but just needed a place to rest and yes I would go again. "

"We stayed on our way to Universal and the hotel was great! Everyone there is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Great customer service! We have 4 boys and they absolutely loved the pool and splash pad! Highly recommend. "
