The Fenicottero Rosa apartment, completely renovated, has an exclusive 60sqm sundeck overlooking the river, equipped with sun loungers. Peaceful break
It was a pleasure to deal with the owner, before and during the stay. Very informative and helpful. Thank you Carla. Don't do as I did and delay reading her emails which contain lots of relevant and useful information. The apartment is exactly as described and shown. Very clean. Everything works, the air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. The shower is small but we managed. We chose a large bed made up from the two single beds. The terrace is vast and gets the sun all day. We bought sun towels in the local chinese supermarket, 5 euros each. Watch for mosquitos outdoors in the evening. There are meshes on all windows and the terrace door. There are 71 steps up to the apartment. It is very secure. It is quiet at night. Free parking is available behind, except around the weekly market, where alternatives are nearby. Codigoro is a quiet town. Limited food options in town but the two restaurants close by provide excellent local food or fish. A couple of Pizzarias, another wine bar and a lady in Via Zara? sells home made Italian dishesyou can heat up at the apartment. There are two good supermarkets. The area is popular with birdwatchers but the stand out visit for us was the city of Ravenna. Characterful streets, plenty of food choices and the fantastic mosaics within eight World Heritage Sites from the 5th century. The coastal resorts are easily accessible. Thanks again Carla.

Ganz nach unserem Geschmack!
Das liebevoll eingerichtete und dekorierte Apartment mit der schönen Mischung aus alt und neu hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Dachterrasse ist verschwenderisch groß, leider mit etwas wenig Schatten, dafür mit schönen Blick und tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, lediglich haben wir eine Bialetti vermisst. Das Objekt liegt mitten in dem kleinen Ort mit mehreren Bars für den Aperetivo in Gehweite. Bäckereien und Restaurants/Pizzerien sind ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind in gutem Zustand. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele Radwege, manche allerdings recht abenteuerlich. Ferrara, Bologna, Comacchio und Ravenna sind gut zu erreichen. Der nächste Strand ist nur 16 km entfernt. Wer keinen Trubel und täglich Party braucht, dafür Kultur und Natur schätzt ist hier richtig. Wir sind mit E-Auto angereist und obwohl Codigoro keine Lademöglichkeit bietet, hatten wir mit der Stromversorgung kein Problem. Beim Laden in der Umgebung waren wir immer die einzigen. Appartamento romantico
Appartamento molto carino con grande terrazza sul fiume Po' molto fruibile per le colazioni e le cene all'aperto. Curato in ogni dettaglio (forse troppo, nel senso che c'erano un bel po' di suppellettili che avrei preferito non ci fossero, però "de gustibus non est disputandum). Parcheggio proprio fuori il palazzo e questo non è un dettaglio da trascurare. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice (detersivi disponibili), macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, tostapane...non mancava proprio nulla.

Appartement joliment aménagé.Calme. Parking facile. Climatisation nécessaire. Terrasse très grande avec belle vue.Attention escalier raide pour personne à mobilité réduite. Vélos à disposition appréciables, région plate et donc facile pour des balades cyclistes.Plages à proximité mais voiture conseillée.

Hemos tenido una buena estancia en la que Carla ha estado siempre pendiente de que todo funcionara bien, cubriendo cualquier incomodidad con solvencia. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está en perfecto estado. Pero hay que advertir que es un segundo piso muy alto sin ascensor: cuidado con viajar con maletas pesadas, como era mi caso.

wunderbarer Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem Erdenklichen, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf den Fluss - einfach wunderbar, dazu Restaurants und ein Bäcker in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und kommen wieder.
