The house is in a very charming location, and the views from two of the bedrooms as well as the living room are absolutely stunning—an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. The pool was lovely, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the deck, which was perfect for relaxing. Communication with the owner was fantastic: very responsive and attentive, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.A couple of small notes to be aware of: the kitchen appliances are somewhat outdated and could benefit from a refresh. Additionally, the beach visible from the deck was unfortunately covered in significant amounts of seaweed during our entire stay and was not usable. Locals explained that this side of the island often deals with seaweed issues, so we ended up driving daily to the west side of the island, where the beaches were beautiful and offered excellent offshore snorkeling."

The neighbors made the stay even more better. Friendly and helpful. The pool was open and nice. Views stunning. Rooms were nice. Hot water is by solar so it was mainly just warm. "This is a very cozy rental and is decent value for money. The race track across the street can be a little annoying but if you're not staying in often you'll get over it. The Internet is a little unreliable and the seating is not very friendly for business travelers who may have to use a laptop. Otherwise it's a solid space. "
