This was the perfect place for family to stay and gather for my Dad's celebration of life. It was comfortable and clean. The downstairs area was a perfect hangout after the celebration.
All amenities as described. Was not aware of stairs and bedrooms on lower floor! Wonderful TVs for watching football! Location easy to find and close to all restaurants and sights to see! Host very responsive to inquiries!
There were 5 adults in our party. The home was PERFECT for us! A beautiful living room area and also a great den area. It was well stocked, very close to the Main Street of Cody but still in a quiet area. We would highly recommend this VRBO and will be coming back ourselves!
The spaces in this house are perfect for family gatherings. We had several meals at the kitchen bar, played games at the dining table, did a gift exchange in the downstairs "recreation" room, and watched movies in the living room. The house was warm and cozy, even when the high for the day was 21 degrees! The kitchen was well-appointed and everything worked well. The only serious negative was spotty/intermittent internet making it difficult for the folks who had planned to work remote part of the stay.
The home was very comfortably furnished and updated.
We were visiting family for the holidays and the decorations, including a tree with lights and decorations was over and above.
Communications were efficient and pleasant.
Many thanks!
This home was exactly as it was described but it also had an amazing bonus room that our family loved! There were games, cards, chess, a very comfortable sofa, and an extra large tv with access to streaming that didn’t require your account for use. The location was quiet and safe with good accessibility to downtown. Great neighbors! Definitely would stay here again!
We booked this house to snowmobile Yellowstone NP and this was a great home away from home. Zach took care of any issues we had with the house very promptly. Bonus is the deer walking all around the area.
Great place for our family vacation between Cody, Jackson and Montana. This is a 2 story home with stairs which was a surprise for our family. Does not have air CONDITIONING in the basement bedroom. Watch out for the rug in the dining room that curls up at the ends. We tripped on it and went flying TWICE. The kitchen, bedrooms and more are well supplied with everything you will need. The owner replies quickly to emails/messages.We binge watched on Netflix on off days of not exploring. We recommend this home for your vacation needs.
What a lovely spot! I was on an extended work trip and this house had everything I needed - spacious (yet cozy), quiet neighbors, an easy walk to downtown, a countertop that was perfect for puzzles, a GREAT backyard and more. The only thing that would have made it better is having family and friends there to hang out with me.
(Also, if you enjoy mule deer, I’m pretty sure that the next-door-neighbor feeds them — there weren’t many mornings when I wasn’t greeted by a few docile faces.)
We really enjoyed this home. It was very unique with its layout and gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves, inside and outside. Very clean with plenty of TV’s and games to enjoy on our downtime from Yellowstone. Convenient location in Cody-able to walk to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood-literally didn’t see anybody except for people who appeared to be renting the house across the street the entire time we were there. A/C units in master bedroom and back living room worked well. Kitchen-upper living area and other bedrooms could get a little stuffy but fans were provided. Had a great time.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Not sure what happened between the last reviews and our stay but it wasn’t what we expected. The home had gotten a surface level cleaning but that was all. Upon arrival everything looked nice. To point out the good parts it was definitely spacey for our large group, and had comfortable beds. The cons: We had to message the owner for access info day of arrival, we never received it. The basement smelled of sewage so badly we had considered leaving. We sat at the round table to play a card game and within 5 minutes learned it was swarming with recently hatched baby spiders, and found plenty of larger spiders throughout the home including in one of the beds. There was dog hair still floating around on the floor. We looked for cleaning supplies to use to cleanup behind ourselves and nothing was provided outside of a singular sponge and soap. No broom to clean the hair off the floor. We reached out to the owner about the smell and the spiders upon arrival and never received a response. The only other thing I would point out is the lack of privacy in the basement. The bedroom has sheers that people can see through at night with lights on, and the futon room that could serve as another bedroom has no covering on the window at all.
As soon as I walked into this vrbo I was very impressed. The place is better then the pictures show which is rare. Not to mention the great location. As being a vrbo owner myself I can say that this unit is set up like it has been rented for years. Do not let the low numbers of reviews due to it being a new Vrbo worry you. Zach went way above and beyond expectations to be accommodating. Our group ran into multiple issues outside the vrbo setting that Zach helped resolve. Top notch owner and top notch Vrbo. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Zach we look forward to our next stay!
We enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable, with plenty of space and charm. Good location and off street parking. The host was easy to work with and responded to questions promptly. Loved the back yard. Hope to stay again on our next visit.
