  • Welcome to Wyoming Retreat! Wyoming Retreat is just that, the perfect place to retreat after a day touring Yellowstone, hiking the Beartooths, or experiencing the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. This comfortable home offers all the conveniences of home located on a quiet street in downtown Cody.
    The interior has been recently renovated and redecorated with modern western finishes. The large living room features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, and a large television. Need more sleeping room? The sofa and chair both fold out into beds. The well-appointed chef's kitchen offers plenty of counter space, seating for four at the dining table and two barstools at the island to watch the prep. There is also a wood burning stove to warm up on cool autumn evenings.
    The main bedroom and attached main bath have a spa feel. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, a large vanity, and a tiled step-in shower. The second bedroom, located off the living room, has two twin beds. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. If you must catch up on some work while on vacation, you'll enjoy high speed internet and large desk area.
    The covered deck in the quiet backyard is a great spot for morning coffee or evening grilling on the propane grill. You and your family can also enjoy the firepit area with Adirondack chairs and a wood burning fire pit. Keep an eye out for rabbits and mule deer who are frequent visitors of this property. Detached garage available for guest parking.

Your VRBO was perfect for us! It is roomy and so well laid out. The beds are comfortable. The owners were fantastic to work with. We go to Cody each year in December and have been to some extremely nice VRBO’s. This one is our new favorite!

We had a great time in Cody and loved staying here! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, the location was perfect and we loved starting the day in the adorable back courtyard with coffee. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the fire pit!

This was a fantastic location to stay at. Communication from the host prior to, during, and post stay was excellent. The house was clean, nicely appointed, and spacious for our family of four. Exceeded Expectations

Pleasantly surprised to see a spacious, recently renovated home. It was perfect for two couple or a family. Location was convenient to downtown Cody and other attractions. Loved the backyard with beautiful landscaping, comfortable table & chair as well as a nice grill. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. It is bigger than the picture made it look. We were surprised to get to use the garage. It was clean and spacious. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Well decorated Property just a short walk from Downtown Cody

My wife and I enjoyed this house. It is just a short walk to downtown Cody and all of the great restaurants and shops. The manager of the property is excellent. We especially enjoyed the way the home was decorated. There are also a ton of games, movies, and other things to do here, including a great outdoor fireplace. We will be back.

Wish we were staying longer!

This home was perfect for our home base as we explored Yellowstone and enjoyed activities in Cody. Great, open, well appointed spaces. Everything you need in Kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor fire pit area. Convenient, yet quiet. Extremely clean and well maintained. Even enjoyed the lovely flowers in the front and back as a nice touch.

Beautifully landscaped & charming

Lovely landscaping and my kids were pleased to find puzzles to play with. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the backyard fire pit. I'm used to keyless entries, and this one is not, so I managed to get us locked out. The host came over quickly and unlocked for us. We enjoyed the daily visits from deer that would stroll by in the alley.

Three people, five days, a perfect stay

What a wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and the sofa was comfortable to sit in. There is a very nice tv in the living room. The location was perfect for us - close enough to the heart of Cody to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the traffic noise. Also in a location that is easy to get in to and out of. I'm guessing they may have an on-demand hot-water heater, because the three of us were all able to take showers one right-after the other with no problem. If we were to ever make it out to Cody again, this house would be at the top of our list.
