"We really enjoyed our week at swallows nest. We originally booked a weekend but booked and stayed on an extra 4 nights. Really comfortable quiet and owners were lovely people. We would have preferred a washing machine in the cottage instead of the a dish washer but apart from that we all really enjoyed our time at swallows nest.We visited Castell Dinefwr which was only a 10 minutes drive and walked through castle woods which was a nice walk. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable"

"The cottage is cosy and warm and has all the necessary facilities to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the shower has good pressure, the beds are comfortable and the Netflix (and lots of other channels) worked well. The wifi reception isn’t super strong however it worked fine. There are lovely walks from the property and Neath is close by. There is comprehensive info on local shops, history and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend."

"We recently stayed at the bungalow for a break in between Christmas and New Year. It was the perfect cottage for us as a family with a dog and two small children. It was accessible and safe for them to play and use the outdoor area. There were plenty of places to walk the dog near by and we enjoyed the local park for the children which is on the same road. "We stayed just before lockdown and had an amazing time. The cottage is clean and tidy, and the hot tub is well maintained. We made use of this every night! The owners are both friendly and thoughtful. There to meet us, and speaking to us throughout the week, we found them friendly and helpful. The welcome basket was an amazing touch that we loved, and the welcome book has lots of advice on where to go and where to eat. "Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare."

"Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy.
